SIDENOTE: Yesterday was a solid day for Clenergen Corp. (CRGE) with the shares closing at 1.40 on moderate volume. Nevertheless, the shares finished with a gain of 10 percent and as we alluded to members/readers earlier, we believe it’s just the beginning of better things to come for CRGE in the days ahead. As longtime members/readers are well aware, we recently had tremendous success with Cobra Oil & Gas (CGCA) where the shares surged from our initial note of .50 and powered to 1.94 for an amazing 288 percent move in just weeks. Thus, we have another Oil & Gas company that we feel just may be the next Cobra Oil & Gas with Cheyenne Resources Corp. (CYRS).

Cheyenne Resources, Corp. (CYRS) is a recently restructured oil and gas exploration company. The company’s strategy is to develop a mix of low risk properties that consistently add cash flow as new wells are brought on-line and higher risk higher reward projects that could add hundreds of millions of dollars in reserves.

The Company’s Oneida project and Parks-Williams prospect both form the foundation of this low risk strategy with a number of wells that can be reworked or recompleted in different reservoirs along with the potential for significant secondary recovery potential.

For example, in the Company’s Oneida Project, there are currently 84 existing wells of which 62 are shut-in oil wells, 15 are shut-in gas wells and 7 oil and gas wells. The wells were shut-in years ago after the gas cap was sold off and the bottom hole pressure dropped to the point where the wells became marginal producers.

Management believes that by injecting air, gas or water, the injected substance can put new pressure into the reservoir. In fact, engineers estimate that after injecting air into the reservoir for about 4-6 months the field could effectively increase from its current production rate to well over 110 BOPD. They also believe that the injection of air should continue to increase production by 2.50 percent per month for about 9-12 months until the bottom hole pressure stabilizes out at about 770 Psi. Assuming the injection program can maintain a repressurization rate in this range, the Company believes it can recover approximately 1.5 million barrels of oil over the life of the project.

The Company also is working to secure projects that have the potential to add hundreds of millions of dollars in proven reserves to its balance sheet. Two examples are the Company’s Adams Ranch and Pioneer Deep projects that have field analysis done by independent professionals who have placed the recoverable reserves in the tens of millions of barrels of oil equivalent.

The White House created a big stir recently when the President introduced his 2010 fiscal budget in which he stated that his administration wants to end 26 billion in tax breaks, calling them “unjustifiable loopholes” in the tax system that other companies do not get. Most analysts agree that these tax breaks are key incentives to spurring the costly investment into drilling wells and finding domestic supplies of . By cutting them, this move will further strain declining supply for these resources, which in turn will drive the prices for oil and gas higher. oil and gasoil and gas industry

To emphasize this point, upon hearing this news the markets responded by driving oil from 50 per barrel to 58 per barrel in a week with natural gas rising sharply as well from 3.70 per MCF of gas to 4.32 per MCF.

Recently, Norway, the world’s fourth biggest crude exporter, reported that its oil production fell a sizeable 7 percent in April. The Norwegian situation is being replicated in other non-OPEC oil producers, such as Mexico and the U.K. These regions are mature and giving up less oil, meaning that keeping production flat is getting harder and harder. The data worldwide highlight one of the big underlying supply problems in non-OPEC states that many oil analysts believe is likely to send crude back over the 100 a barrel mark in coming years.

MXGD announced a 5 million dollar financing at .40!!! We often find that the market price should be closer to the finance price.

MXGD’s premier property, the Magembe Property is located directly adjacent to Williamson Mine. The Magembe Property is part of a two-kilometer buffer zone created to surround the Williamson Mine (aka Mwadui) when it was developed in the 1940s and 50s. This buffer zone was formed to prohibit the mining of near-surface diamond deposits in the area immediately adjacent to the mining operation. The Williamson mine is owned 75 per cent by De Beers and 25 per cent by the government of Tanzania, and has a production history that spans six decades. The Williamson pipe covers 360 acres and was considered to be the largest economically exploitable pipe in the world. The mine is the original source of pink diamonds and has produced notable stones including a 54-carat flawless pink diamond and a 388-carat diamond found in 1990.

Local artisanal mining operations were previously active in recovering diamonds from surface alluvial deposits on the western boundary of the Magembe property. Because of the past local native mining activity, the recent 80 carat diamond discovery, and the 2008 exploration results, management believes there’s considerable potential for a commercially profitable diamond mine. To date a total of 41 diamonds and diamond cleavages were recovered from 12 of the 60 samples gathered during the 2008 exploration program.

The company’s technical team has started a systematic sampling program based on aerial magnetic data that will cover the areas of high interest. The exploration program will yield 200 to 300 samples, approximately 50 tons of alluvial gravels will be sampled and tested. The Samples will be shipped to Canada for testing; Management expects results within 30 to 45 days!!!!!

The fact that MXGD is leasing a property right next the world largest diamond pipe is very encouraging. We could see a nice move in MXGD if the results on these tests come back with goo results. The preliminary testing done by the former owners came back with results that gave strong indications that the site could be turned into a commercial diamond mind.

Make sure that you do your own due diligence on MXGD and keep your eye on it closely. The stock closed up 28% and hit .13 intraday.

NGHI has an amazing management team, however we did not like the way it traded today. We think that we will see major improvement throughout the week.
We are putting CGCA (Cobra Oil & Gas) back on the table as a major alert.
CGCA is in the business of exploration and production of oil and gas.
For our members who were around back on June 17th, you will definitely remember this one. We put out an alert while it was trading sideways at .50. Volume started to pour in and the stock ran to .75 in the days following. We have been keeping our members abreast of what has been going on with CGCA because the stock took off and ran to $1.94 on ENORMOUS volume in under a months’ time.
CGCA has come back down to $1.00 range on profit taking, which was to be expected. The run was over 380%!!!! CGCA still trades almost 2 million shares a day.

Management has signed three LOI’s since June and all have successfully closed already.

The support level is strong right here. More importantly CGCA is WAY oversold.

Earlier today, Cohen Independent Research Group came out and upped their long term price target on CGCA to $4.68.

Oil pulled back today to under $70 a barrel. Many analysts think that it is setting up for another run to the $85 level this coming winter.

CGCA owns a 62.5% working interest in a lease covering 640 acres in Uintah County, Utah. The company also has an option to purchase a 50% interest in various oil and gas leases in Valley Creek, Montana.

There are 470 miles of oil sands in the state of UTAH and CGCA owns 15% of that. The U.S. is now importing 20% of its oil from Canada and 40% of the oil in Canada is produced from Canada’s oil sands. In the U.S., our largest oil sands resource is concentrated in Utah and CGCA is looking to capitalize on what could be the sweet spot of America’s secret oil fields—an estimated 4.0 to 4.5 billion barrels of oil according to the U.S. Bureau of Mines.

Countries like China and India are using oils sands to secure their energy interests for the future.

Giants like Exxon-Mobil, BP, Chevron and Royal Dutch Shell are starting to dabble in the production of Oil Sands.

When we brought you VNTA in late July it was trading around the .55 level. In the following days we spiked up to .79. We literally received hundreds of emails from members who were trading the stock back and forth while scalping profits.

We think it is time to put VNTA back on the table. Significant volume came into the stock today and it printed as high as .58. The last time we saw the stock behave like this, it ran .24 over the next two days on huge volume.

VNTA also recently came out with news that they are exploring a “Stress-Suppressing Chewing Gum,” in addition to their Anti-Obesity Chewing Gum.

The goal of Ventana’s Anti-Obesity Chewing Gum is to combat the growing global obesity epidemic while capturing a share of the multi-billion dollar market for anti-obesity drugs.

VNTA’s proprietary chewing gum contains an extract of hoodia gordonii and 2-hydroxyoleic acid. Hoodia gordonii is a leafless, cactus-like plant that grows naturally in Southern Africa that was historically used by native populations to suppress appetite when making long hunting trips in the Kalahari Desert. The plant has also been found to possess the ability to lower blood glucose levels, thereby also making it an attractive candidate for the treatment and prevention of diabetes.

The active ingredients in the plant extracts are released into the patient’s blood stream, and trigger a hormonal response in the part of the brain (the hypothalamus) that tells the body it is “full”, thereby suppressing the appetite of the obese patient. Because the plant extracts activate hormones that naturally exist in the body, there are no harmful side effects.

The simple logic is that the Anti-Obesity Chewing Gum eliminates the feeling of “hunger”, which in turn leads the patient to ingest less food, which in turn leads to weight loss.

APDN is a great technical/momentum play, but….this company also has great fundamentals and an incredible story!
