FHPS sent out the YASH alert on July 23 when YASH was at $.48 and since hit a high of $.58 but finished the week @ $.54. · Signed a Financial Advisor Engagement Agreement with Cukierman & Co. Investment House LTD. Cukierman will work on behalf of YASH to identify potential acquisition target companies as well as facilitate YASH’s expansion into Europe and the Middle East.
· Also YASH entered negotiations with Management Consulting Company to explore further expansion and acquisitions for Yasheng Russia, a Yasheng Eco-Trade Corporation joint venture.
· YASH signed an agreement with Better Online Solutions for Consulting Services for the Yasheng Asian Pacific Cooperative Zone and the Yasheng Russia Live Stock Breeding Complex. The purpose of establishing Supply Chain Solutions and RFID protocols. Yasheng ECO-Trade will provide Better Online Solutions with first right refusal matching bid contract for Supply Chain Solutions and RFID.

After we alerted on APDN three days of trading equated into 30% appreciation. After market Wednesday APDN closed @ $.09 and our investment community received an alert. Thursday it gapped up after hours and opened @ $.10. Both Thursday and Friday APDN traded over 800,000 shares! It closed the week in the green and appreciated 30% since we alerted! It is exciting and every investor should be curious for what is next! Even at the current levels this is still on our alert list.

Last week COYN hit a three month low of $.26 and it set off an alarm at FHPS. This is a solid company with extraordinary growth potential. FHPS sent out the alert to the investing community and since it has gained 15.5%. It closed this week in the green and is expected to ride high next week.
